Duplicating an Event

If you want to create a similar event, duplicating an existing event can save you time:

  2. Click the Advanced Actions button in the top-right corner
  3. Select Duplicate from the dropdown menu
  4. A copy of the event will be created with "(Copy)" appended to the name
  5. Edit the duplicated event to make any necessary changes

Archiving an Event

Archiving an event removes it from your active event list without deleting it permanently:

  1. Open the event you want to archive
  2. Click Advanced Actions in the top-right corner
  3. Select Archive from the menu
  4. The event will be moved to your archived events
  5. You can restore archived events at any time from the archive section

Deleting an Event

Warning: Deleting an event is permanent and cannot be undone. All event data, including bookings, attendee information, and settings will be lost.

To delete an event:

  1. Open the event you want to delete
  2. Click Advanced Actions in the top-right corner
  3. Select Delete from the menu
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
  5. The event and all associated data will be permanently removed

Managing Advanced Settings

The Advanced Actions menu may also provide access to:

  • Export Event Data: Download event information, attendee lists, and booking data
  • Clone Event: Create multiple instances of the same event
  • Event Status: Change the event status (Draft, Published, Cancelled)
  • Bulk Actions: Apply changes to multiple related events

Best Practices

  • Before Deleting: Always export important data before deleting an event
  • Use Archiving: Archive events instead of deleting them to maintain historical records
  • Duplicate Wisely: When duplicating events, remember to update dates, pricing, and specific details
  • Test Duplicates: Review duplicated events carefully before publishing to ensure all information is correct
