Archiving an Event
Archiving an event removes it from your active event list without deleting it permanently:

- Click Advanced Actions in the top-right corner
- Select Archive from the menu
- The event will be moved to your archived events
- You can restore archived events at any time from the archive section
Deleting an Event
Warning: Deleting an event is permanent and cannot be undone. All event data, including bookings, attendee information, and settings will be lost.
To delete an event:
- Open the event you want to delete
- Click Advanced Actions in the top-right corner
- Select Delete from the menu
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- The event and all associated data will be permanently removed
Managing Advanced Settings
The Advanced Actions menu may also provide access to:
- Export Event Data: Download event information, attendee lists, and booking data
- Clone Event: Create multiple instances of the same event
- Event Status: Change the event status (Draft, Published, Cancelled)
- Bulk Actions: Apply changes to multiple related events
Best Practices
- Before Deleting: Always export important data before deleting an event
- Use Archiving: Archive events instead of deleting them to maintain historical records
- Duplicate Wisely: When duplicating events, remember to update dates, pricing, and specific details
- Test Duplicates: Review duplicated events carefully before publishing to ensure all information is correct
