Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Plans

  1. From the dashboard, look for the "UPGRADE ME" button (usually visible on the Check-in attendees card)
  2. Click on your profile initials in the top right corner
  3. The profile menu will open

Step 2: Access Your Plan Settings

  1. In the profile page, click on the "My Plan" tab
  2. You'll see the Subscription Plans page

Step 3: Choose Your Billing Cycle

Select your preferred billing interval:

  • Monthly - Pay month-to-month with flexibility
  • Every 3 months - Save with quarterly billing
  • Yearly - Maximum savings with annual commitment

Step 4: Select Your Plan

Review the three plan options displayed:

  1. Compare features and pricing
  2. Note the transaction fee differences (crucial for ticket sales)
  3. Click "Subscribe" on your chosen plan

Step 5: Complete Payment

You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page:

  • Your email will be pre-filled

  1. Save Information (Optional)
  • Check "Save my information for faster checkout" for future convenience
  1. Click "Pay and subscribe" to complete activation


Understanding Transaction Fees

The biggest benefit of upgrading is lower per-ticket fees:

After Activation

Once your payment is processed:

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email
  2. Your plan features activate immediately
  3. You can now create events with paid tickets

Managing Your Subscription

  • View your active plan in My Plan tab
  • Change billing cycle or upgrade anytime
  • Access invoices in My Payments tab
  • Cancel or downgrade through plan settings

Selling Your First Paid Tickets

After upgrading:

  1. Create or edit an event
  2. Go to the Ticketing tab
  3. Set ticket prices (no longer limited to free tickets)
  4. Choose fee structure: Absorb, Pass-On, or Split fees
  5. Your reduced transaction rate applies automatically
