Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Plans
- From the dashboard, look for the "UPGRADE ME" button (usually visible on the Check-in attendees card)
- Click on your profile initials in the top right corner
- The profile menu will open
Step 2: Access Your Plan Settings
- In the profile page, click on the "My Plan" tab
- You'll see the Subscription Plans page
Step 3: Choose Your Billing Cycle
Select your preferred billing interval:
- Monthly - Pay month-to-month with flexibility
- Every 3 months - Save with quarterly billing
- Yearly - Maximum savings with annual commitment
Step 4: Select Your Plan
Review the three plan options displayed:
- Compare features and pricing
- Note the transaction fee differences (crucial for ticket sales)
- Click "Subscribe" on your chosen plan
Step 5: Complete Payment
You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page:
- Contact Information
- Your email will be pre-filled
- Payment Method
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay)
- Revolut Pay
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Save Information (Optional)
- Check "Save my information for faster checkout" for future convenience
- Click "Pay and subscribe" to complete activation

After Activation
Once your payment is processed:
- You'll receive a confirmation email

Managing Your Subscription
- View your active plan in My Plan tab
- Change billing cycle or upgrade anytime
- Access invoices in My Payments tab
- Cancel or downgrade through plan settings
Selling Your First Paid Tickets
After upgrading:
- Create or edit an event
- Go to the Ticketing tab
- Set ticket prices (no longer limited to free tickets)
- Choose fee structure: Absorb, Pass-On, or Split fees
- Your reduced transaction rate applies automatically
